Check what completion means
Passing exams and obtaining full professional membership can be different milestones. For ACCA, consult the official guidance on practical experience and the remaining membership requirements relevant to your status.
Map the gaps
Create a short list of outstanding requirements and the next person or official resource you need to consult. Keep evidence of work and achievements as you go rather than trying to reconstruct everything at the end.
Choose a direction to explore
Compare two possible next steps by the work involved, skills you would build and practical opportunities available to you. Further study is one option; relevant experience, mentoring or a focused skill project may also help clarify your direction.
Keep the plan revisable
Your first role does not need to define your entire career. Set a review point and ask what you have learned about the work, the team and your strengths. Use that evidence to choose the next development goal.
